Together, we will explore ancient practices as a collective in our temple space held at the Bodhi Leaf eco resort in Bali. Sacred dance is a meditative and healing art form that creates strength, confidence, and radical self-healing. Explore intricate mudras and choreography while activating the creative soul seat of your transformative power. Open your body with yogic principles to deepen your connection to your dance. R.M.A. and all dance your mythos immersions were developed over the last 18 years from my personal life experience/practice, and study with master teachers. These teachings are both Ancient & Modern, expressing timeless qualities and values that bring new awareness and strength to the dancer. Dance as medicine and embodiment as soul food. These vitality practices offer a connection to one's own essence and cultivate enjoyment of the body in motion while sharing in a community of sisterhood.
